Orders placed before 4:00 PM PDT (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays) will be shipped out within 1-2 business days from order date. Please note that our warehouse is closed on weekends.

For orders within the US, standard shipping typically takes 3-8 business days from the shipment date.

Once order has been placed, the shipping address and order cannot be modified.

We cannot ship to PO Box, APO/FPO, US Territory or International addresses.

For packages lost or stolen during transit, an investigation will be required, and a customer signed affidavit must be submitted in order to process the refund.

We have a 30-day return policy where if your order is damaged, we can assist you with a replacement or a refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received without any missing content.
