By T-zone, they actually mean just about the whole forehead! At least on my face, these patches cover the T-zone all the way into the hairline so a lot of facial area was treated. As such, these would be most useful for a person with a lot of T-zone acne or at least multiple skin blemishes. It was overkill for the one zit I treated but the medicine works quite well, bringing it down from painfully raised/red down to pretty much nothing in 1 overnight treatment. Each patch has a medicinal side and a dry side, and feels like a thin foam sticker. The patch adheres well to the skin, so stayed on all night, though it was curling back at the edges by morning and peeled off easily. A medicinal smell was definitely present but not too strong as to cause discomfort (I have a sensitive nose, and this is way less smelly than using, say, tea tree oil), and my skin was not irritated after use. The 4 patches in the package (2 each in a sealed pouch) are $18, which is steep for spot use, but if you are having a larger T-zone problem, these are worth a try.
