These are nice and convenient cooling patches. Great for easing muscle and joint pain. The effectiveness lasts about 12 hours and is easy to peel and place on the affected areas. These do not hurt your skin when removing either. The cooling feeling actually helped in a similar way to using a heat patch, but the coolness seemed to be more consistent.

Pricing per patch is kind of high.

I recently tried the Labottach Arnipatch for muscle and joint pain, and I’m quite pleased with the results!

Initial Sensation: There’s a slight warming sensation upon application, which can be a bit intense for some users, but it subsides quickly.

Price Point: The cost is a bit higher compared to other topical pain relief options, but I think the effectiveness justifies it.

Notes:
❗ Unsure about arnica? It is known as a natural and powerful alternative for pain management that reduces swelling, decreases pain, and has some antibiotic properties. I have never personally used it but it's often been praised by residents who work with some of the patients on my floor.

Pros:
✅ Simple resealable packaging
✅ Easy to apply, stayed on overnight (I am a restless sleeper), and very cooling when applied
✅ No noticeable fragrance, you do not have to worry when in public!
✅ I have mild lower back pain (goes from 3 to 2 or 1) it works and I am happy!

🌜 Wearing overnight: it took about 1 hour to block the pain signal in my lower back. I was able to wake up without pain. The effects tend to linger for hours, helping suppress the pain. If I am not working I don't need to apply another one until the evening.
👩🏻‍⚕️ At work? It didn't do too well with pain suppression because of constant straining and sweat (under scrubs + undershirt) and it fell off 4 hours into my shift. Best used on an easy day.

Cons:
❌ Comparably pricier than the common menthol patches for price per piece (arnica around $2.50 vs menthol around $1.50 or less)

While it did sooth my sore muscles, it take some time for it to work. Once it starts working, the effect lasts all day. There’s no smell and it sticks to my skin even after 12 hours.
